What every package includes

  • Installation by SAA-accredited electricians to Australian standards, including switchboard and backup configuration
  • Commissioning, testing and a full handover so you know how to use the monitoring app
  • The federal Cheaper Home Batteries Program discount claimed by us on your behalf — there is no consumer application portal, your installer handles it. The rebate amount for your battery is itemised in your quote
  • Grid application and metering paperwork for your network
  • Ongoing support and monitoring for the life of the system

How to claim a package price

  • Book a free site inspection. We check your roof, switchboard, phase and meter — it's free and there's no obligation.
  • Standard install confirmed → the price above is your price, locked in a written fixed quote.
  • If your site needs non-standard work (for example a switchboard upgrade, long cable runs or difficult access), we quote the difference before you commit — no surprises on install day.

The conditions, in plain English

  • Prices include GST and standard installation, and are shown after the federal Cheaper Home Batteries Program discount, which Sunbridge claims on your behalf.
  • Package prices assume eligibility for the federal discount — the battery and inverter are on the Clean Energy Council approved product lists and installation is by SAA-accredited installers, so eligibility for most owner-occupied homes comes down to your site. We confirm it at the inspection.
  • The federal discount steps down on 1 January 2027. Your install date sets your rate, so a package installed before 31 December 2026 keeps the current tier.
  • Exact battery configuration and usable capacity are confirmed at the site inspection to match your phase and switchboard.
  • Available in our service areas: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
